Variegated Lusia type radicchio with round, loosely filled heads of pale green with pink speckles. Adige Medio can be grown in both spring and fall with the ability to hold in the field without bolting and good tolerance to first frost.

Pink colour is darker in the cool temperatures of fall. Larger than Perseo with heads weighing about 350g (12-13oz). One of the mildest flavours of the radicchios, following Sugarloaf types.
