Very appealing dark-skinned shallots with the classic teardrop shape. This organic hybrid variety forms a high percentage of large single (un-split) bulbs. Conservor's pink interior has wonderful flavour and the dark rosy skin is easy to peel. These flavourful little shallots are not as blocky as Ambition, and if they are well cured and stored, they can store up to four to five months. Like traditional French shallots, with a bit more heat, they match beautifully with fish and egg dishes.

These seeds are coated with an inert, organically certified layer which helps to minimize clumping in storage and seed sowing machines. The coating is approved by organic certifiers in Canada, the US, EU, and Japan.
