Sylvetta's narrow, serrated leaves are smaller and slower to mature as well, but worth the wait to use as a flavourful component in salads or as a fresh topping for pizzas. Best grown in the spring or late summer into fall for best flavour as wild arugula tends to be even spicier grown in hot weather when it is also more likely to bolt. Wild arugula seeds are very small so take care when planting to not overseed.
