At West Coast Seeds, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your inbox and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
